Yeah, didn't he? And that police officer must have felt mighty crunchy. If the clip had been of better quality, we might have been able to see him turn beet red. I wonder if they let the guy go.
LOL. I thought I was the only one who who saw a faint smirk. I think he stuck his chest out a little bit too. All proud. :-)
